We do not offer refunds on perishable goods, unless they are proven to be faulty or not as described.

If you have a problem you should contact us right way, you have 14 days to arrange a return by contacting us at shop@folkandflask.coffee. Please note if we authorise a return goods will need to be sent to the address we provide you.
